Elizabeth Siew is a lawyer and legal advisor in the field of Real Estate 3.0.
During the eras of Real Estate 1.0 (buying homes for personal use) and Real Estate 2.0 (buying properties for investment), she served as a Property Law speaker on platforms like iProperty and PropertyGuru. She has published two bestselling books on real estate law.
In 2016, she was the founding member of the Malaysia PropTech Association and, in the same year, became the first lawyer to publish a white paper on property title registration on blockchain.
With challenges in real estate inventory overhang, as well as issues related to investors' lack of financing capabilities, and with the advent of Web 3.0 (the Internet, business AI, and industrial digitization), Elizabbeth Siew become a lawyer and legal advisor in the realm of Real Estate 3.0.
Her team and her actively engage in providing legal advice to real estate developers and property owners, to formulate and structure various solutions for property tokenization and REITs on legal and regulated regimes.
