Mr Gan Ping Nan commenced his legal career in a renowned corporate law firm practising in the area of corporate restructuring and legal due diligence.

He managed the Firm’s Kluang office for a period of two years prior to his setting up of the Kuala Lumpur office in 2002, where he has since pioneered its steady growth.

In his 17 years of legal career, Mr Gan has established himself in the practice of corporate, property and commercial banking and Islamic finance. His amenable and collaborative personalities has seen him successfully led a number of corporate acquisitions, right issue and private placement of shares assignments.

He takes pride in advising and structuring legal documents for Port Klang Free Zone since its controversial inception to current modest success.

Mr Gan obtained his honour law degree in Leeds University and was admitted as member of Lincoln’s Inn in year 1998. He was conferred Masters in Law in University Malaya in year 2006. He obtained Professional Certificate in Islamic Finance in INCEIF – The Global University in Islamic Finance in year 2017.
