Ms Celine Chan Hoo Yan is an Associate in her fourth year of practice, with a broad civil and criminal litigation portfolio. She obtained her LL.B (Hons) (2:1) from the University of Liverpool, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.
