Nabila Zakariah read law and obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2015. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26th February 2016.
Nabila Zakariah is a senior associate of the firm being led under the guidance of Mr. Ben Lee Kam Foo. She has been exposed to and is actively involved in a wide array of legal areas particularly in debt recovery matters, probate and letter of administration proceedings, family law, employment law, land acquisition and alternative dispute resolution including adjudication. Her practice areas are general dispute resolution, contractual, land and commercial disputes, matrimonial disputes, Industrial Court claim and appellate matter.
She has been involved in high-profile cases where she has assisted in a dispute relating to the Introducer Agreement in a project which was held as illegal and against public policy (see  1 MLJ 124). She also succeeded in her Trial up to the Federal Court (see  1 LNS 246) and successfully representing individuals in defending application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court on the issue of estoppel and abuse of court’s process.
