Ms Norafiqah Abilah binti Sabran is an advocate and solicitor who obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). She was called to the Bar in January 2024 and has been with Gan & Zul since her chambering, where she continues to build her legal practice with dedication and professionalism.

At Gan & Zul, she handles both conveyancing and litigation matters. Her conveyancing experience includes sale and purchase agreements for subsale and developer transactions, as well as property transfers arising from probate proceedings, letters of administration, vesting orders, and deeds of gift. She is also involved in a wide range of non-contentious matters, including tenancy agreements and agreements on various legal and commercial arrangements.

In addition, she has experience in handling estate and court-related matters such as wills, summonses, grants of probate, letters of administration, orders for sale, and bankruptcy proceedings.
