Syafiqah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from National University of Malaysia (UKM) in the year of 2020. Her journey in the legal world began when she embarked on her pupillage at Messrs Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners, ultimately earning her admission to the Bar in 2021.

Syafiqah's legal expertise truly shines in her role as an Associate at Messrs Gan & Zul, where she specializes in corporate and conveyancing matters. Syafiqah had the privilege of serving a diverse clients, ranging from real estate developers to financial institutions. Her experience spans various areas, including developer sale and purchase, sub-sale matters, and facilitating various prominent financial institutions including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank and LPPSA.

Additionally, Syafiqah excels in the intricacies of perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, and handling tenancy-related matters.
