Mr Sin Kai Sheng graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with an LL.B (Hons) degree in 2022. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

Mr Kai Sheng’s professional experience includes both contentious and non-contentious legal practice. Before joining Messrs Gan & Zul, he began his career with a focus on corporate and capital markets, where he assisted in conducting due diligence for public listed companies and drafting various commercial agreements. He later transitioned to the litigation department to broaden his expertise in dispute resolution.

Currently, his portfolio primarily focuses on the firm’s China Desk operations, litigation, and corporate advisory. His experience includes handling commercial disputes, breach of contract, and debt recovery matters. He also manages probate and estate matters, including applications for letters of administration and the drafting of wills.
