Ms Tan Han Chi graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia in the year of 2018 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year of 2019. She commenced her legal practice in a firm practising in the area of conveyancing. Throughout these years of her legal practise, she was exposed to various aspects of conveyancing matters, including Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, transmission of estate properties and non-contested civil litigation matters.

Ms Tan joined our Firm on 1st March 2022 and is currently handles conveyancing matters including housing project, subsale and loan financing transactions in the Firm's Johor Bahru office.

Ms Tan specialise and has experience in conveyancing pertaining to purchase and disposal of real estate involving residential, commercial and industrial properties. She regularly advises financial institutions on matter pertaining to drawdown for both conventional, islamic financing facilities and SME loan.
