Ms. Yap Siew Siew graduated from Oxford Brookes University and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2023. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Gan & Zul under the guidance of Mr. Gan Ping Nan and Ms. Joyce Gan, and subsequently continued her legal practice with the firm. She was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025.

Ms. Yap has been exposed to various areas of law, including conveyancing, banking and finance, corporate matters, and non-contested civil litigation. 

Her practice primarily focuses on real estate–related transactions and development matters, as well as consumer and corporate banking. She regularly advises individual and corporate clients on sale and purchase transactions, perfection of transfer and charge, tenancy matters, discharge of properties, and banking transactions.
